Entre Indie-folk et pop-songs aux accents mélancholiques, Jullian Angel développe un songwriting très anglo-saxon, dans une veine essentiellement acoustique, ainsi qu'en témoigne son dernier album, "Life was the answer", sorti récemment sur le label associatif Another Record (Odran Trümmel, The Wedding Soundtrack, Dirge...). Sur scène comme en studio, il développe et produit seul ses morceaux, à l'exception parfois d'une contribution vocale de la bruxelloise Half asleep sur certains titres.
